I rarely write reviews but feel our experience is worth a public review as I have always hated buying a new car. Our purchase at Nissan of Newnan was different! This was the first Nissan purchase for me and my husband Bradley Balentine. Fair, no pressure buying process with Sergio, Lee Woodruff, the finance manager and delivery by Christopher Dean!After looking at and test driving many new cars, we ended up at Nissan of Newnan late Saturday evening. Having never owned a Nissan, we were not familiar with the models and trim levels. We were greeted by Sergio who spent a good bit of time understanding what we were looking for and explaining what options they have. I was pleasantly surprised that he didn't jump to a top of the line vehicle. He showed us an Altima since we liked the Mazda 6. Ultimately we decided the Maxima was a better fit. Sergio and Lee Woodruff worked on pricing but we couldn't get a deal worked out. Sunday afternoon I talked with Lee and came to agreement on price. The finance and delivery process were solid, good information but no pushy up selling.

Might sound like a paid review but it's not. This dealership has given me the best experience with buying a vehicle EVER. I buy vehicles all over the US and this is Top Notch. Absolutely give them a chance to work you a deal. I personally worked Tevor St. Martin. My deal was an out of state purchase. Trevor treated me like a customer sitting in front of him at his desk right over the phone. No hassles, No pressure. Give Nissan of Newnan a chance and better yet, ask for Trevor. You just might be writing a great review like I am. Oh and "check" this out, I have Never been to a dealer where they have dedicated garage bays they park your new purchase inside that way your Checklist Specialist can show you to your vehicle as you wait for the finance guy. She takes as muchtime as you need reviewing and teaching you about all the vehicle's features. Even sets up your phone to the Bluetooth. Lastly, the finance guy is super friendly. He and I spoke about common interest we have and it felt like I was chatting with my brother. Showing pictures of our classic cars to one another and offering advice on where to order great coffee. Lol. I am definitely going to be doing business here. Even though it's a 7hr drive from my house, or worth every minute. Thanks Nissan Team! Happy New Year.

I love visiting Nissan of Newnan. Their service department is second to none. One of my favorite service agents is Karen Pritchard. She handles high pressure situations with style and grace and treats you like family. She always knows exactly what my car needs when I come in and I love working with her. Service advisor Joshua E. Johnson is also great. He tries his best to always find the most cost effect fix for my car. The facility is absolutely great! They have a built in theater with popcorn and drinks you can lounge in while waiting for your car. They also have a free valet that will drive you to and from the neighboring shops while you wait.I drive at least 30min to reach this dealership and it is well worth it. I will always take my car to Nissan of Newnan for the life of the vehicle.I absolutely love the Nissan of Newnan service department.

This is the most awesome dealership we have ever been to me an my husband went from car lot to car lot till we came to Nissan in Newnan GA they show courtesy an they are always happy when we first came in the door we saw Mr. Ricky Simpson he was the most successful worker I had ever seen he met with our decisions an ran with it an we went out with the best car ever I would give him a five star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ by his self he deserves it thanks to Nissan in Newnan

Everyone is very nice...... Tom m. Was very helpful and professional provided a lot of useful information and honest did fell like he was just trying to make a sale... It was also nice to see the manager walking around checking on everyone...

This year Nissan of Newnan raised $1,150.00 during the holiday Newnan-Coweta Humane Society Titan drive. A new Titan was wrapped with the Newnan-Coweta Humane Society logo and dog images to raise awareness to the cause. The $1150.00 was raised for this specific campaign based on the # of new Nissan Titans sold Thanksgiving thru Christmas. $50 per Titan sold was donated (about what it cost to adopt a pet from the Humane Society).
Nissan of Newnan is committed to continuing our support for the Humane Society in the future. The acts of compassion and devotion that these women and men perform daily to help those without a voice is awe-inspiring and deserves applause and support from our community.
Nissan of Newnan will always be a donation point for animal shelter supplies as well. It may not be common knowledge that not only pet food and toys but everything from cleaning supplies to old clean towels to office supplies are needed to operate an effective shelter. We're open 7 days a week for donations and the entire staff here welcomes you to drop by anytime to donate whatever your heart wishes to.
